Significance:

Buildings which are listed on the Queensland Heritage Register have met the criteria for heritage significance established by legislation.

Threats/Risks:             Deterioration

Fate/outcome:             Suffering

 

Although listed on the Queensland Heritage Register, a number of buildings are deteriorating due to neglect of regular maintenance. Examples include Harlaxton House, Toowoomba and the Sinnamon Farm Complex in Seventeen Mile Rocks.

 Desired Outcome / Vision:

Maintenance needs to be undertaken to ensure the fabric of the various building does not deteriorate to any greater extent.
